Service technician

As part of its development ,HIT MUSIC (27 employees, €13m sales), a major player in Sound and Light products in France and Europe, is looking for an After Sales Technician (M/F).

Reporting to the Technical Director, as part of a 7-strong after-sales team including 3 technicians, and working closely with the company’s other departments, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• • Troubleshoot product returns;
  • Solve problems and prevent their recurrence;
  • Draw up quotations for approval by management;
  • Write diagnostic reports and describe identified malfunctions;

You have a BAC to Bac + 2 in electronics (Bac Pro SEN, BTS SNEC, BTS CIEL ER, etc.);

You are interested in sound and lighting equipment and/or participate in the installation of “Sound and Light” events;

You have a good knowledge of electronics to detect a malfunction and take corrective measures to repair the product;

You like to learn in a family environment, on a human scale, with experienced colleagues who master top-of-the-range technology that will enable you to develop both personally and technically.

Skills required :

• • Ability to read a plan/diagram, analyze and solve a technical problem related to electronics, write a report.

Position based in Fontanes (ZAE CAHORS SUD) to be filled ASAP
No displacement
Full-time permanent contract (35 hours)
Salary based on profile over 12 months + Free family health insurance.
