The Nexus5 is a professional 5.5-inch Android wall-mounted tablet, designed to blend into spaces where compactness matters as much as performance. Music source, audio control, lighting, home automation or a custom Ami interface — the Nexus5 adapts to every installation and every client.

With its 5.5-inch panel and 720×1280 resolution, the Nexus5’s capacitive touchscreen delivers a clear, precise control surface in a discreet format. Its 300 nits brightness ensures comfortable readability in most indoor lighting conditions. A display sized for spaces where the Nexus8 would be too imposing.

Running Android 14, the octa-core RK3576 processor clocked at 2.1 GHz and its 4 GB of RAM deliver uncompromising fluidity, even with several applications running at once.
The 32 GB of built-in storage can be extended with a Micro SD card to match the needs of the installation.

The Nexus5 has access to the Play Store and the full range of available apps. Music source with Spotify or any other streaming app, web radio, local file playback, lighting control with Sweetlight or equivalent, home automation, room management — every installation becomes a tailor-made experience, matched to the real needs of the venue and its users.
Ami
The Ami control panel par excellence.
AmiControl can be downloaded here and installs on the Nexus5. From AmiControl, the installer designs the control interface in the client’s colors — logo, wallpaper, layout of faders and buttons — for a fully personalized user experience. What the end user sees and touches is entirely up to the installer.
Connectivity
Connectivity without compromise.
Dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, RS485, RJ45 Ethernet and USB-C — the Nexus5 talks to every device in the installation, wired or wireless. Its two built-in microphones open the door to the voice-control apps available on the Play Store.
Installation
Hassle-free installation.
Powered over PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or by DC 12 V, the Nexus5 needs only a single network cable to operate — power and data on the same run. PoE operation requires a PoE switch on the network.
