The AMP150.8H answers a precise need: covering a large number of small independent zones without multiplying amplifiers. Schools, multi-aisle retail, office buildings with many rooms or corridors — wherever the number of zones matters more than the power per zone, the AMP150.8H packs eight amplified channels into a single 1U rack weighing 5 kg.
Eight channels, full control.
Each channel delivers 150 W on a 70 V or 100 V line, with an independent voltage selector per channel at the rear. Level trim is per channel, also at the rear, for precise calibration of each zone without touching the others. Note: the 150 W per channel figure applies when the unit is not fully loaded; with all eight channels driven at once, each one delivers up to 135 W RMS. Three LED indicators per channel (signal, clip, protection) give an immediate visual read on the state of each line, in service as in maintenance.
Measurable sound quality.
THD+N below 0.1 % keeps the signal faithful even at full output, with no audible colouration on speech or on music. A signal-to-noise ratio above 95 dB lets silence stay silent between two announcements. A damping factor above 200 keeps the driver under control for a well-defined result, including at the far end of a 100 V line.
Connections and integration.
Eight inputs and eight outputs on Euroblock connectors, in the same format as the rest of the AMP H Series: an installer who knows one model of the range knows them all. Short-circuit, open-circuit, thermal, limiter, ultrasonic and radio-frequency protection as standard. Fan cooling, AC 220 – 240 V power supply.
